Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
In short
- We set only the cookies the service needs to work. There are four kinds, listed below.
- We do not set advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies, and the public pages load no analytics scripts.
- Blocking the cookies below can stop you staying signed in, or stop your language and organisation choices being remembered.
1. The cookies we set
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| bi_locale | Remembers the language you chose on the public site. | One year |
| bx_org | Remembers which organisation you have selected in the workspace. | One year |
| bx_preview | Keeps private preview access in place for someone who has been given the preview secret. | Fourteen days |
| sb-… (sign-in cookies) | Set by our authentication provider, Supabase, to keep you signed in to an account. | For your sign-in. Cleared when you sign out. |
2. What we do not use
We have not added advertising cookies, cookies that follow you between sites, or analytics scripts to the public pages. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, the cookies above are the kind that do not need your consent, because the service cannot work without them or because you asked for the choice they remember.
3. Content from other servers
Some public content, such as camera images and certain data feeds, is loaded directly from the servers of the organisations that publish it. Those servers can set their own cookies in your browser, and we do not control them. Our Privacy Policy explains what this means for your personal data.
4. Your choices
Your browser lets you view, delete and block cookies. Removing the sign-in cookies signs you out. Blocking the language, organisation or preview cookies means your choice is not remembered between visits.
5. Questions
Send any question about cookies to privacy@blackoutintelligence.co.uk.
