Our organisation / About Blackout
Built for the questions that matter.
Blackout Intelligence is an independent intelligence and security organisation combining human analytical judgement, operational capability and purpose-built technology.
The mission
Truth without permission. Responsibility without exception.
We exist to help decision-makers act with clarity when the available information is incomplete, conflicting or sensitive. We work across digital intelligence, due diligence, investigations, physical security and governance, joining sources and specialists around one clearly defined requirement.
Our longer-term mission is to create trusted intelligence infrastructure that crosses organisational boundaries while preserving lawful authority, source provenance and human accountability. Technology increases reach. Human judgement carries responsibility.
How Blackout works
01 / EVIDENCE
What is known, what is claimed, and what remains uncertain.
02 / DISCRETION
Sensitive engagements begin with lawful purpose and controlled scope.
03 / ACCOUNTABILITY
Methods, limitations and decisions are documented for review.
04 / INTEGRATION
Field operations and digital analysis inform the same intelligence picture.
